You need to call them, once you are at the gate (which is hundreds of meters away from the house), as there is no (working) bell

I liked the scenery, the trees especially the big baobab in front of my room. The pool area is also very nice and relaxing. The two cleaners and the gardener was very friendly.

The other stuff was rude when we asked for more sugar. I found it ridiculous that there was 1 sachet of sugar for each person and 2 sachets of milk for 3 people to share. When we asked for a sachet of coffee in the morning, the receptionist told us you only get 1 sachet milk,sugar and coffee nothing more. They also came and took back a pillow from us yet we were 3 people and needed it. Everytime we went to reception to ask about something, they spoke in their language and laughed before answering us, which I found quite rude and racist. There were white guests who came later and was treated way differently then us.

The Quietness and relaxed feeling even if it was just for 1 night.

Just the fact they did advertised streaming services and there was none, but is not a major issue (sometimes it's all you need when on the road for long periods of time)
