قرب الفيلا من النهر ونظافة المكان ومناسبه للعوائل من ناحية وفرة الغرف ، ويوجد وانتم بكرامه شطاف ، وقربه من سوبر ماركت 7د مشي.

قديمه بعض الشيئ ديكور قديم ، مستوى الخصوصيه في محيط الفيلا متدني ، كان من الافضل ان يكون هناك مرونه حين التاخر في الدخول ايضا وقت الخروج 11 ص يعتبر مبكرا للسياح.
