"A wonderful retreat an easy walk from town and a fantastic beach."

The view from the property and the staff are excellent.

There is a good, short walk uphill from the bus stop that we enjoyed but guests with mobility issues might find this challenging.

"Highly misleading distance"

Generally nice place.

Main point of anger is that property is listed as .1 mile from centre (of Oneroa). We specifically searched and selected on this. In reality, distance is .8 mile+ according to my sports watch and mobile; this meant walking significant distance, uphill, in heat of middle of day with my 82 yr old mother and all our luggage. Misleading and unacceptable!
