Villa Julianne 1

Location and size of the property were both ideal. We were a family of 6 staying and had plenty of space and privacy from eachother. Great value for money. Communication was great from staff regarding checking in early and heating pool. Would recommend

We stayed for 10 days and no change of towels, even though it was stated there would be. Windows and back doors could do with updating as they didn't seem fully secure. Due to windows needing updating could hear a bit of noise from neighbours/cars/wind etc. Which made sleeping not as easy as would have liked An umbrella or parasol for sun loungers would have been a great add on.

Good location, pool was private and not overlooked, got the sun all day. Location was great, great views of the sea and montunoes views to the rear. Nice sitting on the balcony in the sun in the evenings looking at the sea view. Beach and facilities only a short walk away. We had two teenage boys who had the top floor rooms, we were in the ground floor room with virtually an en-suite. Being down stairs made it also quieter, cooler and left the boys to use a bathroom to them selves. Good kitchen and nice to have a dish washer when on holiday.

Wifi could be better, but phone reception is pretty good.

Great location, comfortable beds, lovely sea view, kitchen well equipped with everything you would need

Chairs could be updated,both inside and out with more comfortable ones as they are a bit dated, same with the sofa as its small, especially to try seat 5 adults

Bed wasn’t comfy. Showers weren’t good. No instructions for the tv to get English channels.

In a quiet area but a stroll away to everything you need. Bed linen lovely and clean.

Pool heated but needed in December and extra charge of £10 a day not justified. Needs new outdoor furniture and a comfortable place to relax outdoors. No welcome pack so needed to buy bin bags, washing up stuff, salt and pepper and all the bits of things you would expect to be available. Needs a good update and kitchen and bathrooms very tired. Living room sofa uncomfortable . No contact with owner/agent to see if we were okay and happy but cleaner came day before our departure to see if we wanted outdoor pool area sweeping. Not a luxurious place to stay but nice and quiet area which we wanted.

Excellent location, spotlessly clean, great value for money.

Price reflected in the outdoor furniture, needs replacing, and small pool and sitting area indoors. In saying that I would absolutely book again. Great holiday.
