Perfect location for work.

It would have been good to have a breakfast option. Also we followed Google Maps and it did not take us to the gate. We had to guess and drove around till we found the front gate.

The room was clean

TV was not connected, Wi-Fi was on and off

Nothing much than that at least we had a roof.

There were a lot of things missing compared to the Louges around Ulundi. There was no kettle to boil water or even small things like tea accessories. No microwave, no portable fridge. The floor mat was only for one person. Water pressure at hand washing basin was very very low. But their price was far expensive than their counterparts who have the accessories I mentioned above. They need to improve their standard because I won't go back there. Their road is too bad, especially for small vehicles.

Beautifully manicured garden, welcoming exterior, ample parking and friendly staff. A staff member went out of their way to help me find a make up artist in the area as the one I had booked disappointed me.

The room had only one electrical socket which is also used to plug in the TV and decoder. It is far from the bed, making it impossible to charge and keep the phone closer while sleeping. Water was also an issue, it would go off while showering and take some time before running again. It’s an inconvenience especially when you are on a hurry as it’s so sudden…sometimes it happened while I still had soap over my body and I couldn’t rinse it off. I also noted the sheets on the bed had some black stains…it was a turn off for me. I didn’t expect a hospitality establishment to keep using stained linen.
