Everything . Location is perfect- on the ridge with a fantastic view. The staff are wonderful. The rooms are lovely and comfortable and clean. The food is excellent.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The lodge is still recovering from Covid and Post Covid times and I would highly recommend assisting them and supporting this lodge.

The staff and accommodations were excellent. Our bungalows overlooked the park and provided exceptional views. The meals were quite outstanding considering the location and accessibility. The wines were excellent and eating out on the patio in the evenings was just wonderful. The fact that this lodge is owned and managed by a nearby community made it all the better as we knew we were supporting a cooperative that supported its community.

This isn’t a dislike, but rather it was clear that the pandemic impacted the maintenance of the facilities. Nothing was wrong just some things that needed fixing.

"I would love to go back provided the owners get their act together"

The food was by and large excellent. The location Idyllic. The staff were good.

The lodge is deteriorating in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, boundary fences and gates non-existent, paving stopped a quarter of the way, clothing of the staff grubby, vehicles in a shocking state. Ranger urinates and then serves drinks and coffee, helps himself to snacks, without the necessary hygiene.
