Poolbiljart en darts niet te gebruiken, bank is goor, tv is nog niet groot genoeg voor een slaapkamer.

Een heerlijk huis voor 10 personen. Alles erop en eraan. Fijn zwembad met ligbedjes. Locatie perfect, lopend naar het strand en de boulevard met restaurants en winkeltjes.

La distribución de las habitaciones , falo del agua caliente, perdida de agua de los a/a , un día entero los jardineros en casa. mantenimiento de piscina vino 4 veces en una semana , después de venir los jardineros nos frieron los mosquitos hasta el punto de tener que ir a urgencias. No funciona los dardos en el villar los palos están rotos y en la barbacoa sin madera ni carbón ni para quemar .

The villa was generally as we expected for the price that we paid. It is a bit dated but clean. The swimming pool could have been kept cleaner as there was a lot of tree waste in it. It is in a very good location and was quiet despite being on a main road. The kitchen was well equipped.

The fifth bedroom can only be accessed from external stairs and was decorated at a lower standard than the rest of the villa. Sadly the room that was accessed via a set of patio doors that could not be locked. Therefore was not a safe space to sleep or keep valuables. Also one of the double beds in the house was not made. As a result of the property management mixing up our stay with another group's stay we were accused of leaving the villa is an unclean state and fined 30e. After Booking.Com helping us to rectify this charge, we eventually got the money back. I would warn other people who use this property management company to have photographic evidence of how they leave the property they stayed in.

Overall I think the villa was amazing, well over what I was expecting. The area we stayed in was close enough to everything we needed. Also, the walk from the villa, via the shops and bars, onto the marina and the "mountain" was really good.

The outside hob wasn't working. The BBQ needed briquettes / charcoal which wasn't advertised. The pool table definitely needs updating, even tho we had good fun on it. The TVs probably need updating, maybe a bigger one in the lounge.

Great villa, perfect location. Villa Plus were very responsive and fixed any issues within the hour.

Kitchen utensils, fridge or freezer was leaking, chairs in the kitchen were falling apart and the decor was tired and drab. Would like better pillows and duvets rather than blankets too please.
