AUThe location was great, the environment was nice and quiet. Its a great place to stay if it is being cleaned up properly.
The bed was not comfortable, the sheets smelt of sweat. The place is very rundown, I found a toad in the bathroom, the sink was dirty and so was the toilet bowl. I couldn't sleep as I was bitten by the bedbugs. My back and legs were itchy. The towels were old. The door could not be locked. There was no soap supplied. The area of preparation of food was full of rubbish.
DEThey lost our booking. Then promised to at least refund our booking but of cause did not. Contacting support now 😡
