MYMY1. Very near to Teluk Nipah Beach and local attractions, restaurant, convenience store, ect. 2. Room & bathroom sizes are comfortable and considered acceptable, clean. 3. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Towel provided. 4. Air-conditioning works well. A ceiling fan is also provided. 5. The water heater works well; however, sometimes the water pressure is a bit low. 6. Dispenser water (hot & cold) provided at the reception area. 7. Outdoor shower provided after you get back from the beach. 8. Free parking area provided (rental car). 9. Value for your money.
1. Surroundings not properly maintained by the chalet owner (Expected due to this being a low-budget option, but can be better). 2. Water pressure is a bit low (Expected due to this being an island. Water shortage is expected.
