NZThe location was good. There was a drinking water machine for hot & cold water.
Everything. There were cigarette holes in the bottom sheets. The sheets would not stay over the mattresses. There is no top sheet. The small blanket given is not washed after each visit. We were not given toilet paper, and only given 2 towels for 4 people. The towels were so old and stained yellow. There is no hot water for showers. The mattresses were bowed from usage. There were no chairs to sit down. The room was so tiny. The staff was really useless and did not care about anything.
