Good host, handing over a decently renovated house in a nice quiet spot, huge yard available for parking behind the gate was a plus. Good kitchen, AC in living room and top most floor, but missing in the middle floor. Total of three bathrooms is a big plus, too

Just details are bit sloppy. Spider webs in the corners of the room and the shower makes the toilets wet when you use them in all three bathrooms.
