Restaurant no service on Sunday

Nothing to like.

As per my reservation, I booked a mountain view room, but they provided us a non-view room but with a balcony with a neighbor's bathroom view. I want to check in Sunday. They say that they did not arrange our food because the restaurant was closed for Sunday and advise us to arrange our own food with the help of Sweegy. "I want to cancel our reservation." They said that as per reservation policy, they can't refund the amount. When I say, "As per reservation, please provide us a mountain view room," they say they have not such advice from booking dot com and refuse to provide such a room because they have only one such room and they reserved the same on-spot booking with more price. At last I said that they cheated me totally. When I saw the pathetic condition of the room, I was very angry, and then the caretaker said they were unable to do something. As soon as I changed hotels, I suffered monetary loss.

The room was very neat and clean. The property was very well maintained.

The place can be reached without entering shillong so can avoid the major traffic during the day. The staff is not rude. Tbh rooms are quite good it's pretty. There is balcony but couple of tall buildings nearby but ventilation is good. Soo ya cool place.

Nothing to dislike as such. If I complain I'll be neat picking. The room is stuffed for 2 double beds like it's small and barely any moving space but not a complaint for this price I'm okay with it.

Very responsive and friendly staff. Google maps didn't show the proper route so the staff helped to reach the place very conveniently. The rooms were clean and exactly as described in the photos.
