Wonderful spot, friendly family run lodges, very helpful with planning trips - very nice pool as well

Le lodge en face de la piscine est super, la piscine est propre et agréable, le personnel est très accueillant, nous nous sommes senties comme à la maison. Notre hôte Hanil nous a proposé pleins d’activités à faire et a pris soin de nous avec son tuktuk.

Wij zijn super gastvrij ontvangen! De eigenaar regelt van alles voor je en brengt je overal heen in zijn tuktuk voor een goede prijs. Er is een prachtig zwembad, ruime kamer en heerlijk ontbijt. Ik zou het aanraden!

Het maakt eigenlijk niet uit maar soms werkt de wifi niet zo goed!

We spent a fantastic four days at Isanka Lion Lodge, staying in their brand-new cabin/treehouse. We loved our stay here. The room was spotlessly clean and large enough for our family of four, with a wonderful shady balcony for lazy afternoons overlooking the swimming pool. There are loads of lovely restaurants within walking distance - but you can’t walk back after dark because wild elephants wander around at night! That’s not a problem because our wonderful host picked us up in his Tuk Tuk every evening. And that is just one small part of what makes Isanka Lion Lodge so special. The family that runs the hotel is so unbelievably kind. They drove us around, organized a safari, gave tips for what to do and where to go and waved us off on our last day like we were part of the family. We never experienced any “hard sell”, just care, advice, and fantastic service. This is a magical place to stay and it’s really very special. I can highly recommend Isanka Lion Lodge if you’re visiting Sigiriya.

La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda. El personal fue súper amable en todo momento. Un par de días nos llevaron incluso a cenar al pueblo n Tuktuk. El desayuno estaba muy bien y sin duda recomendaríamos alojarse aquí.
