lovely older couple running the place. Very welcoming. The place is central, within walking distance to the rock, or they hire bikes which is an excellent way to get to the sites. A few restaurants to choose from next door. Stayed in the villa which is nice.

Noice from both sides of the property. Loud music all day from the Rasta restaurant next door and some other music from other side. It’s a shame as the place itself would have been peaceful.

Super lovely place, the owners are very friendly and honest people as well as very welcoming. They have a very central location nestled in between a lot of options for lunch / dinner considering the area. Quite close to Sigiriya Rock as well. If you're planning to visit Sigiriya, do consider this place absolutely! :)

The kindness of the host, always ready to answer all questions and help with everything, with an honest heart, not in order to make money. He even brought me to pidurangala for sunrise and did the hike with me. The whole family is so sweet, especially the grandma. The fan was perfectly enough for the weather in may. Mosquito net working well. The wifi was working, albeit a bit slow at times, but enough to make a WhatsApp call. No service, unless you get Dialog, in the centre of Sigoriya. The mattress was comfortable and the room wasn’t too humid for the location. Two plugs next to the bed. Bathroom was well cleaned. Location was perfect, 10 minutes to sigiriya rock entrance by walk and with all the restaurants next door. Bus stop to Dambulla, and to the junction to go to Polonaruwa, right at your doorstep.

Private Shuttle-Service from the airport and to the next stay. Friendly family and nearly located to the most important spots in Sigiriya.

We had a breakfast prepared by the host, which was great and tasty. The property is situated next to many restaurants so you will have a few options for lunch or dinner. The room itself is clean, basic facilities but if you are there only for a night you do not need much. Great value for money. Also, the host is very kind and friendly.

Incredibly lovely hosts - super friendly and welcoming. They have a little coffee shop onsite. ATM next door. Grocery and bus stop directly opposite. Perfect location for exploring both rocks. Close to numerous restaurants. They have bikes and scooters for hire, and can arrange taxis as needed. They lent me an adaptor for the socket and even gave me a parting gift of some local coffee. Only planned on staying three days but extended to eight. Superb value and very relaxing.

A nearby restaurant's music was audible at times but I became oblivious to it after day one.
