"Ice Cold Hospitality.."

a/ Difficult to enter the property on arrival. Telephone numbers were not being answered. b/ The countertop stove plates are not switched on correctly by the designated switches. My wife burnt her hand. c/ We booked for a 3-night stay. When we arrived on Friday afternoon, I was not feeling well, Saturday early morning my condition worsened, and we had to leave and head back home to try and reach our family doctor. Me getting a bad flu virous is not the fault of Monzi Safari Lodge. I did not ask for a refund or a credit of any sort, but I would have expected a mere curtesy call to enquire on our condition or a curtesy offer to help find a local Doctor or to revisit the establishment out of season or whenever it suited them. I did not hear from them at all.. Sad!!!
