Beautiful bungalow, comfortable room and nice splash pool with braai facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful but could fix the problems we had

WiFi was non existent. And even using data was poor signal..not great when you have to be in contact for work.. Tv sound at 100% was inaudible (you could not hear it at all) so could not relax and watch anything... kitchen layout is not easy to use as all implements are under the counters deep inside the cupboards..you really struggle to reach/find them . Only 2 plates worked on the stove and the electric fryer cable didn't fit the appliance... only 2 plugs in the kitchen so you can't use the kettle toaster and microwave at the same time...

The stay was amazing. We really enjoyed ourselves at Monzi Safari Lodge. The staff (Gwen, Nosipho and everyone) were so welcoming and efficient in communication. We really felt welcomed.

Extremely spacious accommodation. Beautiful outside/entertainment area, lovely gardens. They serviced the apartment which was a lovely surprise.

The grounds are gorgeous. The place was clean and nice. AC, braai area, and pool were welcome features. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the cleaning staff, to the reception team, to the manager. The owner and manager also provided wonderful recommendations on what to do during our stay. A couple members of our party also enjoyed a massage at the spa.

Can't think of anything. Stuff worked and it was clean. If nitpicking the location is a bit far and on a gravel road. But that depends on how one looks at it, it leads to a remote feeling away from the hustle and bustle.
