The Breakfast was fresh and healthy. The room was also comfortable, just lacking a bit in light and ventilation coming through.

All the pools could do with more chlorine treatment and basic cleaning(Lots of insects and debris) In the Waterpark area, the grass was very high and the surrounding isn't very appealing-Day visitors would have some problems there. I think maintainance just need to be worked on. The staff needs to be more professional and visible(Uniforms, Nametags, etc) it was very difficult to know who was who when needing to address anything. The indoor pool Need a lot of refurbishment and maintainance, both aesthetics and health wise especially because it is heated and is used 24/7 by guests. The Ad initially said there was wifi on the premises, however there wasn't any in the room or the resort at all. General protocol and maintainance needs to be put in place in the resort-This would potentially increase its appeal.

The facilities are great, but I would suggest that they remove the tiles surrounding the guest pool cz they are slippery . I slipped, fell and injured myself as a result my phone fell inside the pool. You can easily fall cz its slippery.

The tiles surrounding the guest pool . The water was cold and the time slot allocated for breakfast is not convenient for everyone. Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 09:00. It means we must all eat around the same time and the water gets cold when we bath around the same time

They staff is friendly and the breakfast was amazing, I can recommend it to someone else
