In the heart of Interlaken, Boutique Villa J87 is a true gem, combining a prime location with nice views of the city center and surrounding alpine beauty. From the terrace, we watched the New Year’s fireworks light up the sky—a magical experience that perfectly captured the villa’s charm. Every room boasts spotless new bathrooms, and the attention to detail in the recent renovation is evident throughout. Whether relaxing in the stylish living spaces or stepping out to explore, Villa J87 provides a perfect mix of comfort and convenience.

One thing to note: this is a fully renovated Heritage-style villa, so the house’s acoustics mean that sound can travel a bit, so it’s worth being mindful of the guests in the garden apartment below. But this minor consideration hardly detracts from the perfect overall experience.

The house is a good match for big family, with spacious living room and comfortable garden. Rooms and facilities are easy to use.

The main problem is communication. We booked the hotel for three nights on 21st May, and the bill was fully charged on 9th Jun. But on 21 Jun, which was two weeks before our departure, the owner sent a message abruply saying the first day of our booking was unavailable. We kept the rest two days but had to find a replacement for 8 people in a hurry during summer travelling season. It was an unapologetical message. The owner didn't state explanation nor offering help, which seems quite unbelievable to me. When we arrived, the message that should have led us to find the key was also difficult to read. It would be best to make sure key information again before departure.

Very convenient location

The location is walking distance only with the town. The property was good and have a nice view.

Laundry was offered as a special courtesy. Weather was very warm with no ac - fans provided were not adequate and could be better.

Very nice stay, in the middle of Interlaken. Everything was quick, easy, clean, and accommodating.

Everything about this place is fantastic. Down the street from everything. Beautiful interior and the back yard is fantastic. Host is terrific and provides everything you need. We had a fantastic time
