Having to come home

The stunning villa, facilities and grounds are well maintained. Place was so clean, plenty of towels, great location. Communication with customer care was brilliant always got back to me so quick, even when we were there if we had any questions they were so prompt. Thoroughly recommended.

Nothing - if I had to pick one thing, the location is OK

Everything. The villa was crawling with cockroaches (in almost every room including in the beds). The pool was full of insects which bit my daughter and father in law (only people who went in) No outside electricity and so we wouldn't sit outside after dark. A family of around 9 fairly aggressive stray cats clearly lived there and were constantly looking for food and sitting at each door. No bbq facilities as described. Damp/mould smelling downstairs. A pretty horrific place and the staff/booking agent absolutely refuse to respond to my complaints. We left after 1 night and found another villa.

Sadly the beds were really uncomfortable- they really need some matress toppers put on them
