Villa Anatoli - Cape Greco

We really enjoyed our time in Villa Anatoli. There is a lot of space, rooms and beds are comfy, kitchen is well equipped. Wheateher was great so we spent most of the time outside (we ate breakfast and dinner in the garden). There is a path to Konnos Beach opposite the house. It's only 5min by foot and you go down the cliffs. It's not hard but you won't go through with baby cart. We didn't met Kallia (the owner) in person, but we had great contact on Whatsapp. Check in instructions where super precise, Kallia was very helpfull when we had any questions or problems. There is only one bathroom, but shower outside has hot water.

There could be more coffe cups and plates. Dishwasher left some dishes dirty after every wash.

Villa très sympathique, qui a tout pour plaire ! Emplacement idéal : la mer et la plage sont au bout de la rue ! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer des vacances les pieds en éventail ! La propriétaire est à l'ecoute et est très accueillante !

A lovely villa in a quiet gated neighbourhood, very easy to access the nature trails across the road and the clear waters nearby for snorkelling and swimming. Konnos bay is within walking distance which on this occasion we didn’t visit as we’ve been before, we preferred it a little quieter and used the rock with the pontoon to the left of the nature trail. We were very lucky to snorkel with turtles from here. Kallia the host is fantastic at communicating and the small touches of some food and drink left for us was appreciated after a late flight. The villa is clean, comfy, spacious with a private drive for a rented car which is needed for travelling to either ayia napa or Protaras centres nearby. The villa sits inbetween both. The villa is fully equipped, towels and pool towels provided, hand dryers, straighteners, pool toys everything has been thought about which was appreciated. We would definitely return to Villa Anatoli.

The only tiny issue we had was the shower screen allowing water to run out onto the floor so just be careful when using the shower or place a towel to soak it up.

Large spacious villa with pool.. beds and sofa very comfortable. Fridge and kitchen well stocked with drinks, herbs, coffee and tea, ice in freezer. There were lots of other little treats too including wine, Pringles, Caprice, ice etc. Very happy to see a Nespresso coffee machine with a selection of coffee pods and a frappe mixer. Kallia was very helpful and responsive especially with great restaurant recommendations. Good position opposite the scenic route to Konnos bay beach. Supermarket nearby. Air conditioning throughout the villa. Off road parking on a driveway.

Pool little small but clean.

We recently spent three incredible weeks in Protaras at Anatolii Villa, and we couldn't be more pleased with our stay. The reservation process was seamless. Kallia, the owner, provided all the necessary information well in advance, including the villa's location, access codes, and key location. We had the pleasure of meeting Kallia and her wonderful family a day before our stay. She gave us a thorough tour of the house, explaining every detail. Throughout our stay, Kallia was a delight to interact with, always responding promptly and helpfully to any questions we had. The villa's location is highly convenient. It is close to Konnos Beach, supermarkets, taverns, and more. We rented a car, which made it easy to explore the area and travel back and forth. The villa was impeccably clean, and there was a regular cleaning service during our stay, which was fantastic. The balcony offered an astonishing view of the sea, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. The pool was clean and just the right size for swimming in warm water in the evenings after long, hot days. It was a wonderful feature that added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Our three weeks at Anatolii Villa flew by, and we wished we could have stayed longer. We returned home with countless fun memories of our amazing stay. I highly recommend Anatolii Villa for families looking for a quiet and pleasant vacation on the beautiful Cyprus shore. Thank you, Kallia, for making our stay so memorable!

The villa had everything you needed. Spotlessly clean, lovely white Cotton sheets. Towels for sun beds, so didn’t really need to take our own. Within walking distance to a very nice taverna, Kathkaros , and Italian restaurant, near Grecian hotel, if you didn’t want to venture far. Nice size pool, which had sun and shady area. Good aircon, which was a godsend, as it was very hot when we were there! Kallia, the host, is lovely. A week before we arrived, she texted to let us know codes for doors etc, so everything ran smoothly. If you had a query, she responded straight away.

If anything, there could have been a blind for bathroom window, and shower screen, could have been fixed to bath properly, but that didn’t really affect our stay (minor)

Nice and spatious villa with great pool. 8 minutes to Konnoss Beach. Had a great stay!

nice location, nice house, enough space

needs improvement, kitchen needs better equipment, lampshades over the bulbs would be nice, no reading lights at the bed, outside area needs more attention, only 3 sunbeds, barbecue so old and rusty, moldy sunshades, wifi not good, it is not working upstairs

Great location ten minute walk to beach, Couple of minutes’ walk to local super market. nice restaurants nearby. Quiet gated location.
