Villa Rose

Огромная вилла, бассейн находится на солнце, можно загорать. Просторная кухня и гостиная , удобная кровать, быстро нагревается вода в душе. Есть большой телевизор, вечером можно смотреть фильмы. Телевизор можно подключить через блютус к лаптопу.

Поставить в гостиной торшер для более приглушенного освещения вечером, но мы просто взяли 1 лампу из спальни и принесли ее в гостинную и как раз получился такой приглушенный свет.

Tout, la propreté de la villa n’était pas au rendez-vous, les photos sont mensongères il y a des voisins collé en face de la villa avec un vis à vis total sur nous (cuisine/jardin/piscine). Les canalisations font un bruit monstre, la wifi fonctionne très peu en bas et pas du tout à l’étage. Les mobiliers de jardins ne sont pas présents. ET LES VOISINS EN FACE FONT DES TRAVAUX ET SONT EXTRÊMEMENT BRUYANTS.

Nicht viel, dass man eigenen Pool hatte.

Omg sehr vieles, schlechte Lage, ohne Auto kommst du nirgendwo, auf dem Bilder sind nicht aktuelle Bilder , dort gibts jetzt Nachbarn, die direkt du dir ins Haus schauen können. Keine Privatsphäre. Wege Bains Katastrophe, keine richtige Straße und es ist sehr sehr weit weg. Wir sollten angeblich Putzfrau haben die wir innerhalb 7 Tagen nie gesehen haben. Pullman die nur einmal da war.

Fotografie nezodpovedajú realite. Interiér no najmä exteriér potrebuje zrenovovať. Pri bazéne nebola ratanová sedačka a kreslá, ale iba plastové stoličky. Ku vile sa dá prísť autom, je tam aj miesto na parkovanie, len je tam komplikovanejší prístup, ktorý nie je dostatočne označený.

Great location of Villa, far from big cities. If you visit it at the end of October, still very warm region of the island. Very spacious, for two families with kids, pool was great and was maintained during the stay, but not daily. Nearby farmers were very nice and allowed us to take fresh fruits directly from the garden. Everything in the villa worked like it should be. Outdoor furniture was changed, no broken seats or anything like that. Big plus of the stay, that we could check in earlier.

Maybe could have been a little bit cleaner, but overall we didn’t had any problems.

Rose Villa is a beautiful Villa that is ideal for families sharing. There is plenty of space, rooms are large with air-conditioning, there are three bathrooms and one large family kitchen and two smaller kitchens. Living room area is huge with comfy sofa, modern TV with applications so you can stream TV in the evening and large table. Pool is lovely with plenty of places to sit in the sun or the shade. Beautiful first floor veranda to see the views. A really lovely villa. The villa is on the side of hills and is quite isolated but the nearby town is 10 mins drive and there are a couple of shops nearby walking distance down a track. But perfect for quiet chilled out location.

The only thing to be aware of this finding the Villa. The directions need to be better especially when travelling in after hours in the dark. So anyone reading this I will try and help! 1. As you come into Agia Marina - look for a Bakers/Lilly Shop. Turn right onto a track BEFORE the shop. 2. Follow the track up to a cross roads about 400m up and turn right. 3. Follow the road for 250m pass a single story white building on the LHS then turn right down a track. Follow back down the windy track for about another 400m and the Villa is on the right.
