Villa Sunrise

Great value villa in a great location. The beach is just at the end of the road and an easy 2 minute walk. There’s bus stops nearby and there is a pub (and a lovely bakery) within walking distance.) The owner and manager were lovely and responded really quickly to an issue we had and it was resolved extremely quickly. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a great value base for exploring the area.

The driveway is a bit narrow so if you aren’t a confident driver I would advise parking on the road (there’s plenty of space.)

We (a family of four adults and a baby of 7 months) stayed at Villa Sunrise for 12 days and had such a great time! Before arrival Steve was kind to send us descriptions on how to get to the villa and pictures of the driveway. The house was clean and aircondition worked perfectly. The pool was great and was cleaned by a poolman twice a week. The house had everything we needed, they even prepared a baby bed for us, and we used the outdoor grill several times. Perfect location on a quite street and few minutes walk from a very child friendly beach. Steve was very helpful and quick to answer our messages.

Minor details, but the yard would be even more lovely with some cozy lighting. The kitchen could use a few more forks, knives etc. so we didn't need to use the dishwasher after every meal. One of the sofas needs fixing as former visitors have mentioned.

Villa need some modernization and a lots of things to fix inside and outside !All the things in the house are very old the a/c units are old and very noisy The Doors in the house are a nightmare 🙁(very noisy) you can’t wake up in the night to go for toilet without to wake up all house!Some ceramic tiles outside are broken and need to be fixed( I cut my leg there)😣😣

È stato tutto bello. La villa è accogliente, organizzata e pulita. La piscina un sogno. In cucina c'è tutto ciò che serve. I materassi ed i cuscini sono comodissimi!!!

L'unica cosa era l'ombrellone rotto e un po pericolante.

In need of a lot of attention and updating. Chipped crockery: there were only a few chipped and mismatched glasses, none for wine, flat pillows, bed wasn’t particularly nice to sleep on. Inside of the sofa bed was disgustingly filthy and yellow and a dustpan full of debris came out of it when I opened it up to see if it was suitable to sleep on (it isn’t). Torn worn out sofas, squeaky doors and door handles (nightmare at night when you are sharing with friends as the noise wakes you up every time someone needs the loo which is all night long between four people in their fifties!) leg coming off the coffee table, dirty stained sun loungers, brown marks around the downstairs toilet doorframe, cord came off the roller blind. Only one socket worked so couldn’t use kettle and toaster at same time, I could go on. Great shame as it’s a nice house in a good location and the property manager was very nice and helpful. This house needs investment and attention to detail if it’s going to be the type of holiday home people return to, in my opinion.
