Villa Ruby Nissi Beach

The villa was comfortable and pretty spacious, perfect for our two-family group. It had a peaceful and quiet location, not right in the midst of the hustle and bustle or on the beach, but all of these were within a short walk. There were functional kitchen, washing machines, and a barbecue. The outdoor space and pool were very comfortable and our favorites in this villa. The host was very helpful and friendly, and could be reached by phone at any time.

There were some entertainment equipment in the accommodation, most of which were broken (pinball, table football, etc.). It was unclear why they were kept there, but since we came to Cyprus to spend time outdoors, it was more funny than bothersome. There were signs of wear and tear in the house, which is understandable during the last week of the busy season and didn't disturb our vacation.

Ideal location near the city center as well as Nissi Beach. Shop nearby. Personnel are very warm and smiling people. As for the owner, he is a good person and a wine lover, so everyone who goes should take a bottle of wine as a gift ;) .

Everything was perfect. About 20 minutes by Nissi beach by walk and 25 to center.

Great place to stay, comfortable villa, super location, very nice and helpfull owner Hope to come back there.

Was a lovely little villa how ever found loads of rubbis in the wardrobe from the previous guest and there was something sticky on the kitchen floor with about 20 ants around if the cleaner didn’t do a great job!

The next door neibours had about 30+ roosters in there garden and kept us awake most of the night and again all morning ruined the holiday as we were always too tired to do anything 😞
