Stay in Style in Modern 3 Bedroom Villas Near Nissi Beach & Square

Podobała mi się przede wszystkim samodzielna willa, która dawała dużą prywatność i komfort. Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości – za niewielkie pieniądze dostaliśmy dużą i wyposażoną willę. Dużym plusem była klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, stół do wspólnych posiłków oraz prywatny basen.

Nie podobał mi się brak podgrzewanego basenu, przez co poza sezonem praktycznie nie da się z niego korzystać. Spora część wyposażenia była niesprawna – niedziałająca klimatyzacja w jednym pokoju, uszkodzone elementy mebli czy stale opuszczone rolety, przez co było bardzo ciemno. Dodatkowo łóżka piętrowe były słabej jakości, brakowało normalnych kołder (były tylko cienkie narzuty), a w pokojach panowała wilgoć i brak wentylacji. Na ścianach widoczne były zacieki i oznaki pleśni, co znacząco obniżało komfort pobytu.

We had a blast here. Great location. Villa was nice, few things could be repaired or changed but there were only minor issues. Staff was very kind and friendly, definitely recommend this accomodation to everyone :-)

During our stay, the main issue was very low and inconsistent water pressure, which affected basic daily use such as showering. The problem was reported on the second evening after arrival, but although temporary fixes were made, it kept reoccurring throughout the stay. We were only three guests, and even so, we struggled to take proper showers due to the lack of water pressure. Considering that the villa is advertised for up to eight guests, this raises concerns about its suitability at full capacity. At times, the water pressure would improve briefly and then drop again, leading to repeated disruptions and the need to wait for repairs for an essential facility. In addition, the property was not very clean, and there were several broken or poorly maintained items, which further impacted overall comfort. When we requested compensation for the inconvenience caused by the ongoing water pressure and hot water issues, the owner stated that compensation was not possible because they had already paid for repairs to the water pump (the issue was not fixed after that-in our last day we still didn’t have water pressure/hot water) While we understand this involved a cost for the owner, this is not the guest’s responsibility and does not change the impact on our stay. We would also like to note that the owner later stated to Booking that we had threatened a negative review. This is not accurate; at no point did we threaten or condition our communication on leaving a review. Our request was solely for fair compensation due to the issues experienced.

Диваны сломаны, лестница в бассейне сломана(из 3 ступенек только первая ступенка в рабочем состоянии),в одном из душев кран сломан, хозяева на звонки в Viber не ответили,в двух из трех спален двухъярусные кровати(напоминает казарму), джакузи пользоваться невозможно (отсутствуют детали).Вилла требует небольшого ремонта и замены некоторых частей мебели и бытовой техники.
