Villa Charoula Tria Large Private Pool AC WiFi

Had an amazing stay was very happy with this private villa! We loved the pool, owner was very friendly and helpful asking if we needed anything. We would love to return.

The Villa is the nicest one we have ever stayed in. It is spectacular with its beautiful views, magnificent gardens, outdoor patios and upper sun deck. We swam every day in the pool it was truly mahical and every room in the villa was perfect. The owners were so helpful too. Fantastic all round!

The house, pool and surrounding were excellent. It's like the dream come true vacay house. Kitchen has everything you need. Living room is very spacious with a big table. Bedrooms comfortable and with the ACs.

The tv could be better. Especially that this was Euro 24 time and we couldn't watch it on this telly. Not enough programmes and no phone mirroring option.

Property was lovely and clean. We was over to look at properties to move over..so we wasn't in the property that much..but there was everything in there..from pots and pans to spices!!! They really have thought of everything. The area was perfect polis was amazing!!! We had a car hire so could easily get about...really vlose to latchi harbour which was amazing too...villa was lovely and peaceful. You can't beat waking up to the sounds of the birds tweeting 😍 I would stay here again definitely !!

The only thing I didn't like was the netting on the bed (drapes) but that's a personal preference.

Nice peaceful location, you can walk to the nearest village in apx 30 mins, although we had a car. Spatial villa with all the basics. Nearby Polis is a small but quaint village with great restaurants. Laatchi Marina is worth a visit and has a nice beach.

My bugbear travelling is always pillows! These were no exception, neck ache for 10 days is no fun. The villa is a bit tired and could've been cleaned better - cobwebs and mold spots, torn shower curtains. Nothing too much just sloppy. Cushions for the sun loungers would again have made the stay so much more comfortable.

The location and the environment was nice, and the house was fully equipped.

First of all, they tried to overcharge us for using the air-condition with an additional 10 euro per day, saying that it was clearly mentioned in the ad, which was not. Secondly, there was no hot water in the house , and the maintenance person, who is also the owner of the houses , came up with some excuses, and never fixed the problem.

The location was great 5 minutes by car to Polis. Clean house and swimming pool with all the necessary amenities. Very quite place, especially at night.

The beds need to be replaced, not comfortable at all. The Villa is close to another villas, which, if you have loud neighbours like us, is not the best, but I guess it is not the owners fault.

Everything about this property is great. A nice and quite location surrounded by fruit trees. It was perfectly designed to maintain the privacy of guests from other villas. 5 minutes drive take you to the beach, shops, restaurants.

There is nothing much to write here. But please beware that there maybe stray cats and bugs. That should not be a problem though.
