"Overall very good and a good place to relax"

Good location and very well maintained

They were chopping down trees near to my apartment and I got covered in dust from the tree . The patio was an inch thick and I could not relax on the loungers . I understand they have to do this work but they should have notified

"Lovely resort, all facilities there, secure and clean."

Location for bus stop and restaurants etc. nice pool area. Cleanliness of resort. Security gates. Ease of check in and out.

Having to empty our own bins (and not clear where to empty them). Didn’t get pool towels for two days.

Great location. Nice pool. Spacious villa.

Check the description for "pay as you go" air conditioning. The private villa we had cost us over €25 in coins over 5 nights (mid August). The villa previously direct on the website was free a few days earlier and was cheaper overall. Private villa had an uncomfortable bed. For decent pool sunbeds, you need to be there by 9am.

"pool was lovely. villa was tired and requires updating"

pool was lovely

location wasn't as close to the beach as stated, had to cross a busy dual carriage way. however we didn't mind the walk. It wouldn't be ideal for elderly etc pillows in the villa were dreadful, the safe was tiny and insufficient.
