Great location, big pool. Staff helpful when needed.

Property was in need of being updated as a few things needed maintaining - fridge had door shelves missing - some bedroom doors didn’t close without needing to use force -have to guess when putting oven on as dials have rubbed off. You have to pay for air-con which isn’t stated at time of booking, also no air-con in downstairs area and bedrooms.

Location was good. Villa well equipped with everything needed for our stay. Decor was nice throughout and rooms were all a good size. Downstairs bedrooms would benefit from air conditioning.

On arrival property had not been cleaned. There had been a mix up between cleaners and company who manage the property. Was a bad start arriving to find the property dirty. We called the emergency number and to be fair cleaners were arranged and arrived within an hour to sort the issue. We were offered a refund for 1 nights stay but instead opted to keep the property on until 4pm on our last day. We received confirmation of this and were happy with the resolution. On our last day cleaners arrived shortly before 10am expecting us to vacate the property. Using our phone we were able to show that we had arranged late check out so they left. Next to arrive at 11am was the pool attendant who handed me a phone to speak to who I believe was the owner of the property who proceeded to inform me that we should have been out of the property an hour ago and that we were breaching our contract. She kept shouting down the phone at me, repeating herself about said contract. Eventually I managed to explain the situation and, after she checked her notes, accepted that we had been granted a late checkout. There was a clear lack of communication between the appropriate management and cleaning company and the issues we had on the last day really just added insult to injury after arriving to a dirty villa. We had been extremely understanding and calm regarding the initial mix up on our arrival and felt that we were treated really badly in return. It's extremely disappointing as we had intended on returning to the villa and recommending to other family members, even after the initial issues. Pics below are from our arrival to the property

Loved the location. Loved it was very private and quiet. Loved the dreamland team promt action when addressing some concerns. Plenty of towels and super clean. A care package on arrival was very much appreciated.

The door wouldn't open with code on arrival after at least 20mins we managed to gain entry. The only double bed isnt very comfortable needs a better fitting mattress protector. Next day had to call dream homes as the electricity had tripped in the kitchen (we were unaware that was the problem). The maintenance man arrived within 30mins. He discovered the fault quickly, and found out the batteries in the door code box were dead that was the reason we had so much bother gaining entry. New code cards delivered the next day. Pool out of action on the Friday morning for maintenance and he had to come back with a chain for the pool cover. We went out instead.

Great size garden and pool, loungers good. Air con and WiFi are good to have. Plenty wardrobe space and good size bathrooms with good showers

Mosquitos at night are bad, need more repellent plugs and we couldn’t sit out when it was dark due to them. Kitchen is a bit small for the size of the house

Pool was great, bigger than we thought. 15 minute walk down to centre of playa Blanca or marina rubicon taxi costs €3-4, lovely stroll down also. All bedrooms were big, spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage, all had air con or a fan and plenty of plug sockets. Kitchen was well equipped with every utensil you could think of and more than needed pots and pans. Beds were kept very clean and changed during our stay, whole house was also cleaned very well during our stay. Table tennis table downstairs was great fun !

Towards the end everyone got bitten by mosquitoes and there were quite a few in the bedrooms, there was none for the first week so it was probably our own fault leaving windows open but be aware and bring repellent ! Other than that everything was perfect.
