Villa Rochelle

We stayed at Villa Rochelle with a group of 8 for 10 days. Overall, the experience was nice and the villa itself is lovely, but there were a couple of things that could be improved. For a stay of this length and with a larger group, we expected the towels and bedding to be changed at least once during our visit. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen, which was a bit disappointing. Also, while the villa has two air conditioning units, they weren’t quite powerful enough to cool all the rooms effectively, especially during the hotter days. That said, the villa has a lot going for it—great location, comfortable spaces, and a relaxing atmosphere. With a few tweaks to the amenities and service, it could be a fantastic stay. We'd still recommend it, especially for shorter stays or smaller groups.

The villa was perfect for our family. It had nets over the windows so we could open them without mosquitoes coming in. The beds were comfortable and the bedding clean. The whole villa was very clean and the facilities are the best weve experienced in caleta (this was our 8th trip). The kids loved the pool and many pool toys provided. Dad was happy that the sport was on the TV. The washing machine and dishwasher made our stay easy. There were several seating areas that made it feel spacious and meant we could all have our own space when needed. Tony was great. Whenever we needed anything, he was just a text away. The location is a bit of a distance from town but we knew this when booking so it wasn't a problem as we got taxis when needed and they were only around 4 euros. We would definitely go again.

One bedroom was very hot but when we mentioned this we were given a fan and it was great. The air con was only in the main bedroom and we were in the other one.

De ligging van de villa met het zwembad. Het is een heel rustige omgeving en de oppervlakte van het huis en tuin is aangenaam groot. Het zwembad was verwarmd( 120€) dus heerlijk om in te plonsen.

Het water uit de douche was na een paar minuten eigenlijk koud en zonder enige kracht. De verlichting in het huis is led en erg ongezellig. Op het terras en in badkamer was dat niet het geval. De bank in de huiskamer was totaal anders dan op de foto’s en was voor ons niet comfortabel. De bedden zijn maximaal 150 br met een topper erop die veel te smal was, niet comfortabel . De ontvangst vonden wij niet erg vriendelijk, Tony s rondleiding was heel snel en wilde zsm weg. Al met al is het voor ons wat tegengevallen, zeker de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Met wat comfortabelere meubels zou het top zijn.

From the minute we walked through the gate to the minute we left, everything was perfect. Very clean, comfortable villa with plenty of space for the whole family. Excellent facilities in the kitchen, everything you need is there. The outdoor areas were fantastic with full sun all day and shaded areas too. The pool is great! We all loved it, especially the grandkids with all the pool toys to pick from in the box. They also loved the play house and slide. Trisha and Stephen are fantastic hosts they were very helpful and attentive.

Everything was perfect

Amazing villa in an amazing setting. Very quiet, when in the pool you’re sheltered from the Canaries winds, and everything we needed for a very relaxing week. My wife and I had decided that this would be our last year visiting the Canaries however this villa has made us change our mind. We already want to book again for next year

Only thing we feel could be improved are the beds. Not very comfortable and the duvet topper didn’t fit the mattress. However it wouldn’t stop us booking again.

Fabulous pool and lots of lovely outdoor seating areas. Plenty of room for everyone. BBQ was lovely to have too. Very good equipped kitchen with access to dishwasher and washing machine. We had a lovely stay in villa rochelle and would definitely stay again.

Beautifully clean and well maintained. Lovely pool and seating areas outside. Toys for children were an added bonus and much appreciated. A lovely quiet location with good views over the golf course. Felt safe, secure and private. We hired a car to go sightseeing and make trips to the beach/ shops easier. We had a lovely stay at Villa Rochelle thank you ☺️

Nice location. Very comfortable and well equipped Villa. The swimming pool was very clean and nice to go in. Close to a nice golf course. You can enjoy the sunny days either in the garden by the pool or on the very nice roof terrace. Not touristy neighborhood, very quiet and good view from the rooftop terrace, you can see the see, sunrise and enjoy the stars after dark.
