The venue was great, plenty of attention to detail by the hosts. Definitely recommend it

The reception and entry was a bit awkward

The room we were staying in was clean and beautiful. Thank you for the lil welcome Christmas chocolates.

The dogs, yes they are friendly but the barking can scare the guest. Noise of other guests in the morning.

Received by staff with umbrellas (it was raining!!) All and more little things e.g. steam cleaner for clothes, hooks for clothes and towels in bathroom, proper grounded coffee and plunger, proper size fridge, etc. Spacious kitchen area and spacious bathroom!!

N/A (although bathroom basins didn't have warm water!?). Maybe small problem and didn't bother us that much for only one night's stay.)

The beds were comfortable and beautiful linen, the facilities in each room were superb

The access road and parking area is a little bumpy, but not worth worrying about

The accommodation was very neat and clean throughout the property. Its a rustic venue with alot of attention paid to detail. The hosts though of almost everything, coffee, rusks, chocolates and other goodies were provided as an extra. I unfortunately did not get to have the breakfast.

The check-in / check out process was difficult, that is the only thing that wasn't great. Upon arrival I had to search for someone to speak to to check in, and there was no one around when I wanted to check out and my phone calls weren't answered. I eventually placed the keys in the entertainment venue and left. Everything else was wonderful.

Everything one needs is thought of in the rooms.
