Chimborazo Lodge

Absolutely stunning location and views. Very special feeling being so close to the Chimborazo. The room was very comfortable and clean, the bed super comfy and cozy, the bathroom was clean, spacious and nice. The decoration was really cool with tons of mountain climbing related artifacts. The restaurant was very cool and dinner was heathy and delicious! Breakfast was perfect as well, very filling! The views around are priceless! Lamas, deer, hummingbirds, rabbits around to see with the gorgeous Chimborazo in the background. The staff is very polite and dedicated, they make you feel at home and specially treated. This is a property I highly recommend and I can’t wait to come back for a longer stay! The price was fair considering it includes delicious dinners and breakfast.

Le meilleur hôtel que j’ai pu tester! La chambre en elle même était propre, confortable, la salle de bain au top avec de l’eau chaude. Le chauffage de la chambre fonctionne très bien et il y a une couverture supplémentaire si nécessaire. Pour le restaurant, tout était super également: de bons repas, complets, servis aux horaires que vous souhaitez. Mon régime végétarien a bien été pris en compte. Le personnel est très gentil et arrangeant: j’ai ainsi pu laisser mon sac après mon Check out pour partir au refuge du chimborazzo. Le personnel m’a bien expliqué comment m’y rendre donc aucun problème. Également, ils ont bien pris le temps de m’expliquer comment aller au mirador (dans le parc de l’hôtel), joli point de vue! Et j’ai également pu « aider » à rentrer les alpagas le soir. Au niveau du cadre autour de l’hôtel, un vrai décor de carte postale: le Chimborazzo avec son sommet enneigé, et la soixantaine d’alpagas juste devant, magnifique! Je ne citerai pas le prix comme point négatif car même si il est assez élevé, la qualité des services proposés le justifie amplement! Merci beaucoup pour ce beau séjour :)

C’est dur de trouver des points négatifs… je dirai l’absence totale de réseau (mais j’avais été contactée à l’avance pour être prévenue). Disons que ça permet la déconnexion, et de toute façon dans un cadre aussi sympa ce n’était clairement pas indispensable…

Everything ! If only I could have given 20 as a note . It is an exceptional place really. The surroundings are just stunning , rooms and place is decorated with so much taste and you can feel love and history . And most importantly - all staff is just incredibly gentle and eager to make your stay unforgettable. It will always stay in our heart ❤️

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and gave us great recommendations on activities around the Lodge and on the Mountain. The food was great, lodge was clean, and

En relación al precio, faltaba algún detalle en la habitación como agua filtrada y café o té en las cabañas.
