Cape Villas Dunsborough Unit 2

The location was excellent for amenities and excursions. The house was large and spacious - too big for the two of us. Nice spa bath and great kitchen/dining/lounge area. Nice view into the woods. Felt a bit isolated but surrounded by other properties so probably just my reaction to being a bit off the beaten track in Australia!

The dryer wasn't working but the owner told us about this beforehand and it wasn't an issue for us. It was a bit of a hassle paying for it despite it being on Booking.com which is usually so easy to pay through but we got there in the end and the owner was very accommodating to us and patient waiting for her money.

Location was great, it was quiet and didn't hear any neighbours. We event had some skinks and a quenda vist the garden. It was close to town and the walk there was very pleasant (and safe for kids to cycle/scoot). The house was well equipped and very clean.

The walls were very thin, so had to be quite quiet in the living areas after anyone had gone to bed.

Unfortunately the dryer wasn't working, but there was an air dryer rack that we could use

Bath was really high to get into the shower after a 20 km hike, it would be amazing with an outdoor spa!

The bedrooms were comfortable The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery etc. The streaming was easy to access. Instructions and information was provided in an accessible folder.

No ensuite in main bedroom. Having to go upstairs to the toilet. Very close to noisy Caves Road which meant sitting outside was not enjoyable. The main bedroom had too much light and would have benefited from curtains. We wanted our stay to be relaxing and I had anticipated that it would be more isolated. However, other units were very close by.

A comfortable and neat little unit, very convenient location. A beautiful 15 min bush walk to town along a pathway.

We enjoyed our stay, a nice little unit. however there wasn’t any cleaning cloths or kitchen sponges. We would’ve liked a cleaning cloth to wipe down the kitchen benches and tables, there also wasn’t any paper towels or tissues. The TV is very small, we wanted to have a movie night with the kids, however the tv is only the size of a computer screen. Other than a few small issues everything else was great, a very comfortable and affordable accommodation. Thank you.

Beautiful property, very close to town and all other attractions around. Our stay was very comfortable. Great value for money.
