Villa Yucas

Se encuentra en un posición perfecta, cerca de las playas más bonitas de la isla. La casa tiene todo , es amplia y luminosa, con una zona relax perfecta.

Honestamente todo nos gustó

Lovely villa, inside and out. Clean, everything you need in there. Pool is bigger than the pictures and deep. Kitchen fully equipped. Great location, close to supermarket. A short walk to the marina which has some great restaurants. 20-30 minute walk to the main beach which is along a walkway with some amazing views over to Fuerteventura. Bottle of white wine was a lovely touch. Definitely going to go back.

We had an excellent stay at Villa Yucas. Early in our stay, a key got stuck in an exterior door, so I called the host and he had the property manager and a handyman there quickly to fix the problem and attend to our needs. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and I have already recommended this property to other friends. We would absolutely stay here again! We especially loved the spaciousness of the house and the privacy of the outdoor space. We spent most of our time outside, grilling, sitting in the sun, in the pool, and just talking and relaxing as a family outside. It was the best vacation we have had in a while. This is the perfect place to relax and reconnect with family or friends.

We booked this villa last minute as we decided to extend our holiday! We were not disappointed! Everything was in place for us the next day and that place was spotless!

Location great, as others have said short walk to the Marina & a supermarket just around the corner. In a residential area, whilst we were there no noise from neighbours, everyone seemed to have the same vibe as us just to chill to recharge our batteries ready for springtime in the UK. We didn't cook, but if you do like to cook on holiday the kitchen was very well stocked with gadgets/crockery, since returning 2 of us have bought electric juicers, we loved our daily glass of OJ.

Trivial but the wifi password is a nightmare, needs to be changed - we spent more time than you should on holiday trying to transcribe the amount of digits to get online - needs to be short & snappy, not 14 digits/numbers.

Location is superb and the property is very spacious with lovely outdoor area and balconies

A lot of noise from the next door properties with children in pools all day. Some of the outdoor furniture is very tired and some mould in the bathrooms

Relaxing, nlce walk to marina along promenade, where great bar flagship and market twice a week easy reach of bus stop and supermarket, coffee shops restaurants,

No heated pool, even a cover would have kept some heat in and leaves out (can get breezy). No shallow end so couldn't see how it would be OK for kids. Also no satellite TV channels until last few days after we complained, which shouldn't be necessary but overall nice stay.
