Villa 39 Beachfront

Loved this villa we have stayed here before and it’s the perfect location. We love being so close to the beach. We come back all the time.

It was amazing. The best location beautiful beachfront. such a relaxed vibe. The villa was tidy. Well stocked and much nicer than others villas we’ve stayed at. The upgraded pool looks great although we spent most time at the beach

The location was ideal, and Villa in perfect location to everything in Moreton

Since our last stay 2yrs ago, the Villa has become dated and needs a freshen up, unfortunately our bed linen smelled of feet, I had to wash the bed sheets and mattresses cover the next morning and I could still get the smell of feet, it was obviously coming from the duvet cover. Everything else after that was fine.

The location was great & the villa was comfortable

The resort itself is nothing special. Pools are cold so the kids take over the hot tub, food from restaurants is very ordinary, activities are expensive etc The villa was fine, great that bed linen & towels were supplied, however no face washers. If you have loud neighbours, expect to hear them very clearly through the walls. A few extra considerations to the villa could be clean or replace the cushions & update kitchen utensils

The kitchen cleaning products could of been better

The location was amazing! The unit's view was beautiful. The main bedroom has a wonderful view also, and it's bed was very comfortable.

The unit is only two bedrooms which made it very difficult and uncomfortable for my third sister as she had to try and sleep in the small bunks in the hallway. There were cockroaches and ants. Exposed chipboard on cupboard doors and a broken outside blind.

Amazing view and ideal location to the north carpark for easy access to private vehicle for exploring the island.

The view and location made the stay highly enjoyable. My only feedback would be a) A few more basic essentials would be high valuable (ie. one small shampoo sachet for a week for a family of 5, no salt or pepper, 1 wine glass but 5 plastic beer jugs) b) details on how to access of the Micat.There's no signage on the beach and we didn't know there was a north carpark close to the villa. I think perhaps the assumption was that we were on the passenger ferry. c) We were only informed that dolphion feeding could not be included the night before we arrived due to a private villa. Whilst we were still able to watch, this may be a drawcard of some families staying so I feel like they should be aware before booking d) The 3rd bedroom isn't actually a bedroom. Whilst it suited our kids ages perfectly, the bunks in a halll should probably be advertised accordingly. All up, we loved our stay on the island and having our own 4WD made the exploring so wonderful.

Ants. Couple Cockroaches here and there, Air Conditioner not clean.
