By the Beach

The location is great and the accommodation provided everything we needed and more. Might be less quiet in summer months, but was very peaceful during our time. Situated in a resort complex within walking distance (ten minutes each way) of shops and food options. Very close to the beach. Spacious unit with comfortable beds etc. Good kitchen setup with everything we needed.

The screeds of emails, information, and extra steps (that include some extra charges) through multiple channels. Slightly creaky faux wood floors and ensuite door in the main bedroom.

Process to confirm booking was so poor I will not use the same provider again. I paid in full and a security deposit via Booking.com ahead of the stay and still they wanted ID (passport etc) to validate who I was - took five tries to confirm and felt like a scam. Erratic/very poor internet connectivity (worst I have had in years of travelling) - this is a basic requirement nowadays and for the price of the property should be much, much better.

Wifi access did not work, devices could not locate the advised system and manual attempts did not succeed either.

We have family nearby so very good for us.

The dishwasher did not work , and there were only 6 dinner plates, So we had lots of hand dish washing to do.

Home away from home

No privacy to main toilet/bathroom from the dining room. A door would be good to close off that area of the house from the dining and entry.
