Samia es muy agradable y maja. La piscina de la casa es increíble. Todo muy limpio. Repetiremos seguro!

Todo. La casa es muy acogedora, el jardín con la piscina y zona para comer es perfecta para el disfrute. La ubicación inmejorable cerca de la autovía y con buena comunicación para ir a la costa y a Granada además de encontrarse en una zona natural preciosa y mucho más fresquita, y esto en verano se agradece mucho.

Nada en absoluto

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Samia et son mari. Ils sont très gentils, attentionnés et réactifs. La maison est très jolie et fonctionnelle. L'extérieur est top : nous avons pris tous nos repas dehors et avons bien profité de la piscine et du barbecue. Si vous souhaitez visiter la région, louez une voiture. Si vous cherchez un endroit calme, c'est le lieu idéal. Encore merci pour tout ! Je recommande à 100%

The villa was so homely we had everything that we needed just like home had no problems at all the hole holiday the garden gets the sun all day but you can also sit in the shade as there is a seating and next to the back door a bonus is that it’s completely private so can relax with out any disturbances there is a supermarket just 10 minutes drive so you can get all your necessities that you need there a good size fridge freezer so you don’t have to keep shopping so can go out and enjoy the amazing views that are just outside the front door . I am definitely booking again for next year definitely recommend

Quiet and relaxing and homely

casa samia was the most perfect place that we could have spent our 2 weeks in spain. The private pool in our garden and the space all around the villa exceeded all expectations. The village is very rural and extremely peaceful and welcoming. we walked down to the local bar some nights and although there was a slight language barrier, all of the people in cònchar are so patient so there were no problems. There are many things and activities to do around Granada such as the Friday market and the Nevada shopping centre which are both definitely worth the visit. There were also beautiful viewing points where you could see the beauty of Cónchar, and also a fresh water fountain not far from Casa Samia. Samia ensured all of our needs were met daily and she came and cleaned the pool often, always ensuring it was okay to do so beforehand. Casa Samia is the perfect place to go if you want to get away from the stress of everyday life and we thank Samia and her husband so much for their hospitality and hard work in making our holiday perfect.

The pool and outside area was lovely and the villa was in a quiet and peaceful area. Host welcoming and very helpful.

The house is wonderful. Lovely quiet area. Stunning views from the front patio. Lovely to hear and watch the goats going home and the little dog that lives next door. I could have brought him back home with me. Only half an hour from Granada and half an hour from the coast.

Nothing would prevent me from booking Casa Samia again but if you dont like country smells, the goats live not very far away.
