The location was amazing with a short drive to both port de pollenca and pollensa. Aesthetically pretty villa and good security. Some issues in the house were handled quickly, but not most.

We had many problems with the villa: - Firstly, the house was filthy upon arrival. There were small bugs all over the dining room, outside bathroom toilet was dirty (see photo), and the outside BBQ was covered in grease (see photo). Furthermore, the I had to clean all the bathrooms and there was limescale all over the taps (see photo). Furthermore, the pool was filthy with algae growing on the sides (see photo) - the pool cleaner had to come twice! - Secondly the kitchen was very poorly equipped: the gas cooker was broken (see photo), there was only 1 chopping board and very few glasses. Furthermore, there were no cleaning products provided, so we had to buy things like cleaning cloths and washing detergent. Additionally the oven was broken too and had to be replaced during our stay. Also the electric kettle was a serious fire hazard as it would continue to boil even when it was not switched on, and had to be replaced. - Multiple interior and exterior lights weren't working so we had to call an electrician - While we indicated in our stay that we would have 7 guests, very few towels were provided - There was no spare bedding or sheets except for some stained synthetic blankets which were shoved into cupboards around the house When relaying these issues to the villa company, they would only allow message exchange via Whatsapp and while they did facilitate the electrician, pool being cleaned, new kettle, and new oven (eventually!) action to resolve these issues were slow as they would often put off the issues and be vague in they're responses. The villa company did not supply us with any compensation or offer to resolve the issues of the lack of towels in the property, poorly equipped kitchen, and lack of cleaning products.

It was full of character and a beautiful location

The only thing I would criticize is the late check in of 4pm and the early check out of 10pm. It meant losing half a day and lots of hanging around.

Keys were in lock box and a brief had been sent how to access the property.

Overall, I was sooooo disappointed. The pictures did not match what I was expecting in terms of quality. It was not made clear that the road up to the house was very stoney and we had hired bicycles for a cycling holiday so this was not ideal. One couldn't notice from the pictures that the house was a bit dis-jointed with stairs accessing lounge area to dining and then outside stairs to pool area - from pics it seemed like it all might be on one level. The pool cues were old and worn and not ideal to play with at all. Pillows on the couch (only two) and old and worn. There was additional furniture in the photos in the lounge area. The electricity tripped a lot - even though we were not overloading it and it was an outside trip switch that needed to be sorted by an electrician - they did have them there quickly, but not ideal! On the last day - they had to come in again for the electrics. The dishwasher did not wash properly - we tried all settings! The shower head in the upstairs shared bathroom was broken and only fixed late the following day - water had gone everywhere! The toilet flusher in the ensuite was broken (usable). No hand soap was given in the downstairs toilet/ hand towel. The ensuite bedroom door handle was broken - could not close the door properly. The ensuite bedroom aircon was not working properly at all - just a fan blowing, not cold air. The ensuite and shared upstairs bathrooms were dated and not properly cleaned - really need replacing or deep cleaning and replacing of shelving unit in ensuite. We were there for a week and the pool was only cleaned on our day of arrival. The outside shower head was also broken and therefore not usable. The outside toilet stopped flushing of one day! Since were were staying for a week, possibly two sets of towels would have been a good idea for guests. In general, the house needs a good bit of TLC to make it an upmarket rental as the property itself could be stunning.

Location good between Pollenca and Port de Pollenca. Large sitting room with pool table was comfortable.

Massive case of needing TLC - lots of elements worn, broken and in need of replacement. Pool dirty and with large number of missing tiles. Outdoor furniture so broken as to be dangerous. Kitchen short on cooking implements for such a large house. Dishwasher not functioning correctly and kitchen dirty on our arrival. A real shame as the house has lots of promise.

Pool was dirty with broken tiles. Air conditioning was useless. We reported it and someone came round but it still didn't work properly. Bed was not comfortable.

Excellent property, Great size for a large family in a great location to access everything in the area

Noting to not like

Really amazing property to spend your vacations. The house exceeded our expectations, was way better than in the pictures. It had all the facilities we needed.

Bed mattress was too soft and could be updated.

Villa very spacious and comfortable. Air con in bedrooms.Pool is a good size. Table tennis and pool table for the active ones. Very peaceful location but close to both porto Pollenca and Pollenca for shopping. On the bus route but really need a car for this property.

A few more basic kitchen items like tea towels, bin bags, kitchen roll, washing up bowl would have been good.
