This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. All reservations include all running water consumption free of charge, €50 of electricity consumption per reservation and, in winter season and if the property has it, €50 of non-electric consumption (Gasoil or propane heating). All properties have interior or exterior meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of additional consumption is €0.35/kWh. This house has central heating and air conditioning throughout the house.

"very accommodating villa but too far from palma city"

the comfort and facilities was very accommodating for the group. big rooms and adequate bathrooms to avoid waits.

the property was not cleaned to standard and no instructions found on how to switch the hot water on which resulted in a day wait for the hot water and boiler to work to use.
