Please note that the Small Double Room can only be booked when also booking the Three Bedroom Lodge as these two rooms can be joined for large groups of the same party and will be sharing facilities such as the shower and kitchen. Please note that breakfast can be provided at the on-site coffee shop on request Guests are recommended to travel using their own transport as the property is located in a rural area, with limited public transport. A deposit may be required at the property.

We loved and enjoyed everything! Wonderful rooms, so lovely arranged. Delicious breakfast. Great garden! This was our best stay in Wales! Tam and Pete are perfect hosts - we loved to listen to their stories :o)

Gorgeous accommodation in a beautiful setting. Very comfortable, huge TV!

As we expected, no phone signal when we left the cottage so you needed to know which direction you were heading!

"WELSH PARADISE"

It far exceeded all our expectations in every way. The location was breathtaking. The photos really dont do justice to the cottage as it is huge yet feels homely with an eclectic mix of modern and original features ( 350 year old ...and that's the youngest building) The hosts tamsin and peter couldn't have been nicer. They were very interesting to talk to about the history of the farm . What they have done with love and hard work is amazing. They even have a cafe in the courtyard . It really is a gem of a find. We had a family celebration for my daughters 40th birthday , even the weather was perfect xx thanks again to the wonderful hosts of this beautiful rental xx

I cant fault anything. We had everything we could need including kitchen items and cleaning materials .
