The location was super and was more than happy with the location. This is the place that I will recommend to my friends as it is easily accessible and close to National road. Hope they can keep the good job they are doing.

hhhm, from the word go when I book, I was specific that I need a place for 3 adults & 2 (17 years & 6 year) kids for 1 day, this is what I was booking for and I paid for it immediately online. When we arrive there was nothing I was asked about how many are we and the room was for exactly 5 people consisting of single bed, 1 couch that serve as bed and double bed , to my surprise later on in the evening the receptionist came to our room and ask how many are we and I gave him an honest answer (3 +2), he said according to their record I only booked for two adults for R1 620 which i denied. He said I must check my records and my records were no longer showing what i booked for but instead it showing 2 adults which i dispute because on the Booking.com app I chose the correct details including the ages of my kids. The receptionist said that before I checkout I must make a turn in their offices to pay an extra R1700 (all in all I paid R3 320) which is something that we never budgeted for. I strongly feel that my booking was compromised either by booking.com or the host.

Herman the manager was exceptional helpful,kind and welcoming. The staff and the tour guides were incredible. Peaceful atmosphere 10/10 is u love game lodge.
