Iluka Villa 1

Lovely unit that looks like the photos. I must say they do make it look bigger though.

Hadn't been dusted in 6 months. I had to vacuum as we arrived as there was dust and dirt all over the floor and i had to wear shoes after a shower. Now the big ONE !!!I booked property for the pool. Arrived late Monday night, Beautiful big pool there. Got up Tuesday with 60k an hour winds and pools being renovated and was out of use the whole stay. The weather was horribly windy so couldn't go to the beach. Pool would have been magic.

This was a beautiful villa in a great location, felt like home. Very quiet and comfortable, had everything we needed! Will definitely come back.

Shower was just a bit small!

This apartment was well positioned near walks, places to eat etc and we used the BBQ and the shelter shed on the river at the front of the property. The grandkids loved the pool. Everything needed was provided although we chose to eat out rather than in.

There was too much clutter - pillows, pillows and more pillows, bed throws, little nests of tables, knick knacks, all of which would be okay if the place was spacious, but it wasn't. Okay for a few days, but after that it becomes a little claustrophobic. The thing I liked least was that a cleaning fee and a management fee and bankcard fee etc were charged by LJHooker on top of the price quoted. It should be an all inclusive price that we can pay to booking.com. When all fees added up it was overpriced.

Lovely apartment, very clean, well equipped with everything you need, even things you wouldn't expect, coffee pod machine, soda stream. Would definitely stay again.

Not villa 1 issue, more so strata issues. The entire complex could go a pressure clean and maybe a pool area renovation.
