Es sollte daraufhin gewiesen werden, dass sich das 2. Bad am Pool befindet.

Gemütliches Haus zum Wohlfühlen. Sehr gute, ruhige Lage. Alles sehr sauber. Ausstattung der Küche sehr gut. Poolhandtücher vorhanden.

Die Matratzen im 2. Schlafzimmer (2 Einzelbetten) sind nicht sehr bequem. Zu wenige Polster vorhanden. Parksituation etwas schwierig. Es gibt keinen Parkplatz direkt beim Haus. Man muss der engen Straße entlang parken (Parkplätze nicht immer verfügbar)

The location was stunning with panoramic mountain views. It was incredibly peaceful save for the occasional rooster. The villa itself was well equipped and has air conditioning throughout. There is even a shower room and loo right by the pool which was a godsend. The pool was beautiful and is heated by the sun all day. There are a couple of bars/restaurants within a 5 minute walk and a bigger nearby village 20 mins away on foot. A car would be useful. Our host Paula was amazing and could not have done anymore for us. His communication was excellent and even did some shopping for us when our food delivery from Eroski failed to show !

My only suggestion would be to have a sign on the top gate with the villa's name on to make it clear as it made it difficult for food delivery driver and taxi drivers to locate us.

Beautiful location, pool was beautiful.

Parking was not on site as advertised. It was parking on the road, up a hill, against a rock face (could only access the car from one side and could very easily damage the car) and also there was a threat of the police towing your car away! We came back from a wedding and there were no spaces to park, meaning we drove around for an hour looking for parking at 1 in the morning. The property was also down a hill and steps and created accessibility issues that we were not made aware of. My elderly parents struggled with their suitcases in the heat and we had to carry a baby pram down all the steps. Beds were not very comfortable and there were not enough pillows. The cot provided for my baby was stained and musty. Many kitchen appliances were broken - oven racks, toaster and bottle opener. Had to take bins/recycling to communal bin (5 min drive away). Host was a young man who spoke a lot about where we "shouldn't go" including nearby shops/restaurants as they were "locals only" creating a very unfriendly welcome. With better communication about accessing the property, honesty about the parking, working appliances and a more friendly welcome it could have been a much higher rating as the property and the location are truly beautiful. The nearby restaurant, bar and shops were perfectly friendly and welcoming.

This villa is paradise! A superb location with a fantastic and inspiring view of the surrounding mountains. The accommodation was very comfortable. The gardens were beautifully kept and the large, private swimming pool a great attraction! A short drive to Soller and Fornalutx made this the perfect holiday and we wish to return next year.
