great location- clean and everything you need for your stay. very comfortable beds

Nothing at all - but a small information folder would be good- just for things like ‘where to empty the bins and recycling’

. Don't book this villa There for 3 weeks no mention of building work opposite completely spoiled our holiday.No toiletries except one bottle of hand wash and bits left by other guests.No cleaning products one bin liner in the bathroom two in kitchen. Matress protector was stained so had to wash that myself. Sun loungers were dirty and no cushions for them

Opposite a house which was being rebuilt so basically had 3 weeks next to a building site and unable to use the pool or outside space due to the noise..The pool can be seen from the street so not very private anyway. The owner didn't want to know offered us a friend's villa but wanted us to pay an extra €300+ for the privilege and booking .com said they couldn't do anything about it either ! Feel very let down .

Good location, comfortable beds and private outdoor space

Outdated bathroom, no comfortable outdoor seating, no proper ironing board, and had to buy new batteries for the remote controls. Also as the pool gets very little sun and is very cold, with no handrails for less abled people.

there was some building work across the road which was noisy, would have been good to know about this in advance

Immaculately clean, exactly as described, loved every minute, home away from home

Villa was in a great location and has a great set up. Plenty of kitchen utensils, hairdryer, some sun cream available.

Only thing was that there was construction in house across the street and the skip was outside the front bedroom which meant it was noisy from just after 8 each day. This is no fault of the owner of the villa but just meant it was difficult to sleep in

The location is super, 2 minute walk from the main strip of PDC, yet quiet. Having the pool at the villa is a godsend! Highly recommend this property.

Would be great to have lounge mats for the sun loungers and pillows could be softer but that's just being picky!!!
