The breakfast was nice. My children love their space their room was beautiful, comfortable beds.

The room for me and my husband was crampy the bed was uncomfortable and as a mother i was not happy for a room far from my children and the fact that i did not have access to my children during the night.

Friendly and helpful staff. Moved us to a better a room, but no microwave, couldn't close blinds, because it was broken. We had to complain first about first room that looked like a room in a dodgy motel, tv was on top of high cupboard. No plugs in reachable area.. Don't ever choose room14. Not up to standard. Other room was more modern with everything working.

Bathroom door did not close, Bathroom old dirty and no warm water. Bulb didnt work. Rooms extremely hot no plugs in reachable area. Room very hot. Bad toilet smell hanging in passage. Price does not justify

That it was clean

They don’t have sense of urgency like one time there was water shortage and had to bath with cold water . My breakfast was forgotten and had to ask for new bath towel cause the housekeeper forgot to take out one
