Host was amazing so friendly and couldn't do enough to make our holiday special thankyou so much

Nothing things was so lovely

Idyllic cottage, spotlessly clean. Perfect for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus. Very helpful and attentive hosts. Superb location for visiting the east coast and North Yorkshire countryside and towns and villages.

Nothing to like what so ever maybe location but that was all.

Cottage very dirty disgusting paid for week with hottub when I arrived hottub was cold ,when I brought it up with owner he said it'll be ready in 24 hours. I wasn't at all happy as I'd paid a week to stay with hot tub included owner got very aggressive and told us to leave after I also mention that I wasn't happy about how dirty it was. The back door wouldn't close properly and was nibbled away at the corners by rats or mice. Owner refused to refund me any money nearly £800 for one night disgusting that he is even allowed to let out holiday homes the man is a nutcase not at all professional. He also made it clear not to use heating and wasn't very nice when we arrived because we hadn't parked the car how he wanted it. I've stayed in alot of holiday homes in my time with no problems they all been lovely with no problems but this was definitely a holiday from he'll never felt so terrified couldn't get away quick enough.

Julie and Jack were lovely !The house was very comfortable, only let down was booking.com stated washing machine and bath but it didn't have any of these so check.

Location was excellent for visiting the North York Moors and the pretty villages along its southern edge. Comfortable cottage, comfortable bed. Well furnished. Hosts were exceptional in their welcome and the offer of making us a Thai take away which was delicious.

Kitchen a bit tired but all facilities provided.

As a group of family and friends we stayed in the Chapel House and Jasmine Cottages for 2 nights for a celebration. Absolutely gorgeous cottages with everything you could wish for and the hot tub and scenery was locely.The hosts were very friendly and.helpful, Julie made us a very tasty Thai meal too.

Everything was perfect.

It was a cottage and you provide your own food. The cottage was called Honeysuckle, with a ground floor bedroom as well as an upstairs two bedded bedroom. The lady host Julie, greeted us with such a lovely smile made us feel welcomed straight away. Julie originally from Thailand provided a Thai meal for us to eat at our cottage , it was lovely. Andy her husband was very helpful too. There was also a special charity evening laid on by the hosts, & family for locals from the village, & other villages nearby in their entertainment building called The Rocking horse. The guests at the cottages were invited too, it was a super evening. The cottage was an excellent standard. Really comfortable lounge, large TV, & internet. The cottage heating was set to keep warm coming on & off. The kitchen was great to work in, plenty of space, I used the big fridge freezer, microwave, & hob. There was the oven, & a dishwasher which I didn't need on this holiday. The showeroom had a very modern look, the powerful walk in shower was very easy to use. The hallway has tasteful curtains, which makes it feel extra warm. There are just two steps along the hallway with a small handrail, which was very helpful as we have mobility problems. Light switches are in the hallway by the showeroom, & the downstairs bedroom so it felt very safe to be able to switch on, & off The downstairs bedroom used was very comfortable, crisp white bedding. A large wardrobe, 3 drawer bedside tables on both sides with lamps Dressing table, drawers, 3 mirrors, & padded stool. Electric sockets behind the dressing table. Hairdryer provided in one of the drawers, which I used. Nice,& warm at night. There were hot tubs available, but not used. Outside the cottage were tables, & chairs which were used, nice sunspot.
