Casa Zen

Nice and clean villa. The host Sergio was always quick anytime of the visit to respond to enquiries. Car parking was plentiful and free.

The fact being asked to take out rubbish at end of our stay despite being charged €65 fee for cleaning. The gym was not included in the price for pre booked stay either. The accommodation was a longer walk from the town than anticipated and can be quite difficult to walk back up the hill.

Sergio is a great host, providing all needed information. A short walk to a place after dinner is useful. The kids loved the pool.

It was clean with good facilities the only problem was the satallite tv did not work but it was not just Casa zen it was the whole complex so no fault of the owner it was a nice quiet location. Lots of places to eat a short walk away

Comfortable & clean villa located in a quiet & peaceful location, a few minutes walk from the harbour. Easy to travel to nearby Puerto del Carmen via bus or taxi. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Lanzarote.

We had a lovely stay in this comfortable villa. We really liked the location, lovely and quiet and just a 10 minute walk to the marina where there are some lovely places to eat and also a great base for exploring with a car.

The communal swimming pool was a bit too cold for our young son.

Amazing experience the villa was located in a lovely quiet part of Puerto Calero a short walk from the main harbour which hosted some fantastic resuarants. We also werent too far from the hustle and bustle of Puerto Del Carmen which was a nice when we wanted to venture out. The property was spotless and felt cared for as if it were someones actual home and the pool was great. Sergio was nothing short of incredible he provided me information ahead of time of the gym price which was well worth it he then absolutely smashed our expectations when we enquired about leaving our bags on our check out day and collecting them later he not only accomodated this request he personally picked us up with our bags and drove us to the airport a true gentlemen and fabulous hosted. I would stay here when visiting lanzarote again 100% Id even wait to make sure I could book here again if its busy. Overall experience is one of the best ive had on holiday 20/10

Great location and facilities. Sergio was communicative and helpful. Really nice townhouse in the beautiful Puerto Calero.

Could have done with more kitchen bits for cooking and also with a welcome book to centralise welcome into, local info & procedures for rubbish/parking etc.
