"Perfect, we will definitely be back"

Perfect location, quiet residential area. 10 minute walk to the beach and gorgeous restaurants. Big supermarket 5 minutes walk away. So clean with all the home comforts. Lovely big pool too.

Dunia and Javier are excellent hosts. We are both really pleased with our stay. A little history, we booked and the apartment was already booked (human error. It happens) Dunia contacted me immediately, offered us two nights at their expense plus airport transfer and transfer to move to our property. Both were excellent and high standard. Neither my wife nor I would hesitate to recommend either property. Your hosts will do all they can to ensure your stay is relaxed and memorable. Spacious, clean and comfortable with excellent access to pools and the beach. Dunia was kind enough to write a lengthy list of recommendations to visit, eat and must see. The properties and hosts are excellent. Thank you

"Fantastic home away from home"

The owners daughter met us with the keys. The owner checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were happy.

Noisy neighbour at no15. Other than that the house was great. Its actually a 1km walk to the beach but that wasn’t an issue for us.

Dunia was very helpful and she let us stay longer since she didnt have any new guests. The appartment is very good, big and comfy. Location not bad,easy to find where to park on this time of the year. It’s a quiet area where you can enjoy with your family or friends.

"Spacious & clean. 10 min away by car from nice beaches"

We had there a great stay during the Christmas. Everything was perfect. The house is big enough for a family of 4 (2 kids and 2 adults) and the area is safe as there’re gates to get to the estate. Everything was clean and all the amenities available. There are two yards outside the house, in front of it and the backyard , so there’s always some sunny spot in the morning and afternoon. The Maspalomas beach is 10 minutes away by car but we found it very windy. However, there are two other great beaches in approximately 12-14 minutes away by car - Playa de Las Burras & Playa de las Igles which are absolutely fabulous. Dunia & Javier met us on arrival. Very nice and beautiful people. Thank you!

The area around the estate looks a bit neglected, from my point of view.
