Less than 10 minutes walk to supermarket's,restaurants and bars.

The property next door is also a rental property the first week it was occupied by a couple with two small children and it was lovely and quiet but in the second week four people in there 20s moved in and for 2 days they were really loud and noisy screaming and shouting at 2am in the morning. I'm not sure if someone complained about them but they were quiet for the rest of the week. If the noise had continued for a third day we had already decided that we would phone the management company and complain but thankfully it stopped after the second day. Three things that would make this property perfect would be air-conditioning an oven and an outdoor shower.

There was no oven in the kitchen and was unable to access any English speaking channels on to, nowhere to store groceries
