The property is all about the pool area. Very nice clean water, well maintained although some tiles are missing. Very close to main road so easy access to bus, taxi, transport etc.

No oven in kitchen although it states there is on booking.com Dirty, cracked, unhygienic old wooden utensils in kitchen. Dirty cracked, old, unhygienic chopping boards in kitchen. Kitchen Hob extractor doesn’t work. Exposed wires in the kitchen cupboards. Dirty outside veranda table. Pine cones / needles falling everywhere from above open slatted roof above the veranda. Many falling onto BBQ whilst trying to cook. Washing machine defective / leaks, requires repair or replacement. Orange bathroom Shower head holder broken so shower head sprays into face. 2 Fans broken & dirty fans covered in dirt and dust. Serviced them myself, now working, bought 2 more. Only 2 fans initially to service 2 basement rooms? Was told they didn’t expect people to sleep in the mezzanine bedroom as it gets too hot…..so why advertise it as a 3 bedroom accommodation? Pool area very nice although no signs for depth. Not child friendly due to depth and tiles missing. Outside pizza oven, (no inside oven) area around here very scruffy, uneven steps / sleepers / levels make access difficult and dangerous. No stair gates on any of the stairs, wooden or stone, definitely not suitable/ safe for young children. Mosquito nets on all windows are either missing or full of holes. Headboards in orange bedroom are not fixed to anything and bang when person moves. This accommodation has had very little or no modernisation since the very early 1990’s. Looking at the advertised previous scores, I can’t seriously understand people’s reviews?

-comfort de la chambre principale, beaucoup trop chaud, pas de climatisation, un ventilateur mais qui ne fesais pas d'air... dommage. -Calme perturbé par un chien qui venais 1 ou 2 soir pour se raffraichir dans la piscine, 2 trous sous le grillage par lequel il passe probablement.

Der Pool am Haus ist wirklich super. Perfekt gepflegt, sauberes Wasser, schön angelegt.

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist irgendwie in den 1980er-Jahren stehen geblieben. Zwar eine kleine Küche drin, aber kaum vernünftige Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr. Der in der Hausbeschreibung beinhaltete Backofen ist nicht in der Küche, sondern ein Holzbackofen im Außenbereich.Ein Ventilator ist da, aber leider defekt. Beim Fön hing das Anschlusskabel auch locker heraus, die Isolierung defekt. Das untere Bad war nicht nutzbar, da das Wasser aus der Toilette direkt wieder aus der Dusche kam. Schlussendlich vermittelt das Haus Camping-Feeling für einen satten Preis. Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder!

The location was nice excellent. Just 10 minutes from Nerja for supermarkets and 15 minutes from the Nerja caves. The bbq was very good and the pool was a great size for the 4 of us.

There was no wifi. The beds were very hard and gave the children sore backs.
