I loved everything about the place. The people there made us feel like we were from a royal family. Good food from the chef, amazing staff,gorgeous views,beautiful scenery. They are such amazing hosts.

Food was amazing, especially the breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Peaceful and quiet.

Access to lodge not the greatest in a small car, really bad gravel roads (+/- 10kms). Not very accommodating for late check-in.

Rooms & public area very well furnished & attractive. We thought our dinner experience was exceptionally good, including presentation. Game Drive pleasant & informative. Very nice to have drinks & snacks with friendly, knowledgeable Guide. Thank you. We would love to visit again for longer.

Only detail we thought was wrong was the glass containers in the beautiful bathroom. We nanaged to drop one in the shower so there was glass all over the floor. As an interior designer I would definitely change to plastic containers for safety sake. . Also the fat that thectap is on the far side of the big bath is not helpful but this was an original design fault and difficult to change. Personally we would prefer a door on the toilet. But the bath experience with the view to outside was wonderful. Again thank you

The location was perfect, I would even describe it as remote. The lodge itself is stunning and the staff was super friendly. We enjoyed the game drive and having sundowners by Jozini Dam.

The insects at night were unbearable. Perhaps they could consider getting some kind of insect repellant in the rooms.

Excellent Customer Service from the staff

The room booked had a Jaques but when we reach the accommodation guess it was a standard room Breakfast would have been better, add more cereal variety even if it out of peak we still want to experience the same as those who visit during peak
