Villa Tierra

Beautiful villa at the top of a big hill, with views to die for. Cracking location and a modern, spacious, luxury apartment with 4 large bedrooms, each with en-suites and various places to relax or hang out and an amazing roof top, with a great pool and dining area. Simply perfect.

The pool table had a wood (rather than slate) base, and as it's outside the elements have taken their toll. It's still usable, but the balls roll about in odd directions where it has warped. Still fun for kids, but don't expect a serious game. As long you're healthy, the steep walk upto the top of the hill will keep you fit. Taxis struggle to find the place or simply refuse to come up the last 200m! Us middle aged fatties welcomed the exercise,, but probably wouldn't be fun for anyone in a wheel chair chair or your nan! There seems to be a lot of ants there. I think they need to invest in a few Bait Station Twin packs off Amazon and place them strategically around the house. That fixed the issue for me back home. The house alarm doesn't work, or rather the key fob to turn it off doesn't. We got home drunk at midnight on the first night and probably woke up the whole mountain! We were advised just to not use it. None of this mattered to us though, the place was amazing and would happily come back, or even live there forever!

The modern, spacious villa, the amazing rooftop pool, the spectacular views, the great location and the excellent host - made our whole experience wonderful. The host was great at communication, met us to show us around the villa and provided us with helpful information. The villa is up a steep road (hence the amazing views) but we knew that when we booked it - so a car is really essential. It’s close enough to Nerja centre (shops, old town etc) and all the beaches.

Federico met us to take us to the property, show us round and give us the keys. The villa is situated outside of the town and has stunning views of the valley, the town and the beach below. Ideally you need your own transport as it's a 10 minute drive into town. There are a couple of bars/restaurants within a 15 minute walk from the villa but it is a walk down and then a walk back up. Federico was very helpful, recommending good places and eat and visit. He was easy to contact and communicate with. We had a relaxing time, enjoyed the roof top pool, the use of the table tennis table and felt at home.

This is a place for the truly demanding guest. From the vast space it offers, through the modernly equipped and very clean interiors, to the incredible views from each of the huge sliding windows and the magnificent large rooftop infinity pool. A huge thank you to the owner, Federico, for creating an atmosphere of care for his guests while providing a sense of absolute privacy. I've been traveling for many years and consider myself a very demanding guest, so I wholeheartedly give this property the highest possible rating and recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation destination where they will feel truly exceptional.

Although all the rooms are en suite the second double bedroom doesn’t have a stand up shower. It has a shower within the bath.

For entertainment, the villa boasts a Ping-Pong table and a snooker table, adding fun and variety to your stay. What truly elevated our experience was the outstanding hospitality of the owner, who was incredibly attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From recommendations to seamless check-in, their warmth and professionalism made us feel truly welcome. The property had fabulous views of Nerja and the Mediterranean Sea! Plenty of space for extended family or couples traveling together. 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms and two additional 1/2 baths.

I wouldn’t say we didn’t like it, but you need a car and it is a windy drive up…but the views are worth it!

We had an unforgettable family holiday at this beautiful villa in Spain! The property exceeded all our expectations. The multiple terraces offered stunning panoramic views over the Andalusian coast, allowing us to enjoy different perspectives of the sea and mountains throughout the day. We spent hours soaking in the breathtaking scenery, especially during sunset – truly a magical experience! The villa itself was incredibly luxurious and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The modern kitchen was a delight to use, featuring top-of-the-line appliances and everything we needed to prepare delicious meals. The stylish decor and spacious bedrooms were beautifully designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. For our family, one of the best features was the entertainment area on the ground floor. We had a great time playing billiards and table tennis outside, making it the perfect spot for friendly competitions and spending quality time together. The outdoor pool area was another highlight and quickly became our favorite place to relax and soak up the sunshine. The various living spaces inside and out offered plenty of room for everyone to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. A standout aspect of our stay was the exceptional hospitality from the host. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive while maintaining a very discreet presence. He was always available when needed but gave us complete privacy to enjoy our holiday. His quick responses and warm demeanor made us feel very welcome, and we truly appreciated his efforts to ensure we had a fantastic stay. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area, with charming coastal towns and beaches just a short drive away. Despite being close to local attractions, the villa offered complete privacy and tranquility, making it the perfect retreat for our family. We can’t recommend this place enough – it’s a true gem in Andalusia, and we would love to come back again!
